1. Acceptance & eligibility

By installing or using the Sikh Wallpapers & Gurbani app ("the App", "we", "us"), published by CodeAlly, you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you don't agree, please don't use the App. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. Some features may use a Google sign-in to save your preferences and history.

2. The service

The App provides HD and devotional wallpapers, daily Nitnem, Gurbani audio, and an AI-assisted guidance feature ("Chat with Guru Ji"). We may add, change, or remove features over time to improve the experience.

3. AI guidance disclaimer

Responses from the "Chat with Guru Ji" feature are generated by artificial intelligence and are not actual communications from any Guru or religious authority. They are offered for reflection and inspiration only and should not be treated as authoritative religious rulings. For matters of faith, please consult qualified religious sources and your local Gurdwara.

4. Subscriptions & purchases

The App may offer optional paid features or subscriptions. Pricing is shown in the App at the time of purchase, and all payments are processed securely by Razorpay, our payment provider. Where a plan is sold as a standalone period (for example, a 30-day plan) it does not auto-renew, and you can re-subscribe anytime from within the App. Where a plan is sold as an auto-renewing subscription, it renews at the then-current price unless cancelled before the renewal date from within the App or by contacting us. Refunds are handled in line with our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the App's source code, except where permitted by law.
• Commercially redistribute, resell, or sublicense the wallpapers, audio, or other content.
• Transmit harmful, unlawful, hateful, or disrespectful content through any interactive feature.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the App or its services.

6. Intellectual property

All artwork, wallpapers, audio, and the App itself remain the property of CodeAlly or its licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the wallpapers and content on your own devices for personal, non-commercial purposes. Sacred texts and Gurbani remain the spiritual heritage of the Sikh community and are presented with respect.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
