Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with what we build. This Refund Policy explains when refunds apply to CodeAlly's products and services. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms below.

1. Digital products

For one-time digital purchases (such as apps, extensions or templates), if the product does not work as described and we cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable time, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Because digital products are delivered immediately, refunds are not offered simply due to change of mind once the product has been downloaded or accessed.

2. Subscriptions

For SaaS subscriptions, you can cancel at any time and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods unless required by law. If you were charged in error, contact us and we'll make it right.

3. Custom client work

Custom development and design projects are billed according to the agreement or proposal signed before work begins. Deposits and fees for completed milestones are generally non-refundable, as they cover work already performed. Any refund terms specific to your engagement are set out in that agreement.

4. How to request a refund

To request a refund, email contact@codeally.dev with your order details and the reason for your request. We review every request individually and aim to respond within 3 business days.

5. Processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or provider, it may take several business days for the funds to appear.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
