Delete your account

Deleting your account will permanently remove your profile, favourites, "Chat with Guru Ji" history, notification settings, and subscription history from our servers, subject to the retention exceptions described below.
Request deletion by email
Send an email to contact@codeally.dev with the subject line "Delete My Account". Please include:
- The email address associated with your account
- A short confirmation that you want your account and data deleted
We process deletion requests within 30 days and send a confirmation by email once it's complete.
Sign out & uninstall
Open the App, go to Settings → Logout, then uninstall the App from your device. This stops further use and removes local data, but note that it does not by itself permanently delete account data held on our servers — use Option 1 for full deletion.
What gets removed
Profile information, saved/favourite wallpapers, notification settings, "Chat with Guru Ji" history, and subscription records associated with your account.
What we may retain
We may retain limited transaction records for tax and legal compliance for up to 7 years. Payment details are handled by our payment processor, Razorpay, and are not stored directly by us.
About active subscriptions
Deleting your account does not automatically refund an active paid subscription. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Google Play account. See our Refund Policy for details.
