Refund Policy

In short
Each paid plan gives you access for its full period. Because access is granted immediately, paid periods are generally non-refundable — but if something genuinely went wrong, email us and we'll make it right.
1. Digital nature of the service
Sikh Wallpapers & Gurbani is a digital service. When you purchase a plan, you receive immediate access to premium features such as additional wallpapers, Gurbani audio, and the "Chat with Guru Ji" feature. Because the service is delivered instantly, paid periods are generally non-refundable once they begin.
2. Standalone plans
Where a plan is sold as a standalone period (for example, a 30-day plan), it grants access for that fixed period and does not auto-renew. You will not be charged again unless you choose to re-subscribe. The fee for a standalone period that has already started is non-refundable.
3. Auto-renewing subscriptions
If you are on an auto-renewing plan, you can cancel anytime from within the App or by contacting us before your renewal date to avoid the next charge. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund the current period, which remains active until it ends.
4. When we will issue a refund
We will gladly review a refund if:
- You were charged more than once for the same plan (a duplicate charge).
- You were charged in error or after cancelling, before the renewal date.
- A technical fault on our side prevented you from accessing the paid features and we could not resolve it within a reasonable time.
5. How to request a refund
Email contact@codeally.dev with the subject line "Refund Request", the email address associated with your purchase, the date of the charge, and a short description of the issue. We review every request individually and aim to respond within 3–5 business days.
6. How refunds are processed
Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Razorpay. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Razorpay. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take several business days for the amount to appear.
7. Account deletion & refunds
Deleting your account does not automatically refund an active paid plan. If you want a refund, please request it before or alongside your account deletion request.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
