Privacy Policy

For the AutoReply app · Last updated: June 11, 2026

The short version

AutoReply runs entirely on your device. We don't have servers that store your messages, contacts, or reply history, and we don't make you create an account.

This Privacy Policy explains how the AutoReply application ("the app", "we", "us"), provided by CodeAlly, handles your information. By using the app, you agree to this policy. Contact: contact@codeally.dev.

1. Our approach: on-device by design

AutoReply is built to work locally on your phone. We do not operate servers that store your messages, contacts, or reply history, and the app does not require you to create an account or sign in.

2. What the app accesses

  • Notifications. With your permission, the app reads incoming notifications from supported messaging apps so it can trigger automatic replies. This processing happens on your device in real time.
  • Reply rules. The rules and messages you create are stored in a local database on your device.
  • Settings & preferences. Your preferences are saved locally in your device's app storage.
  • Reply statistics. Counts of replies sent are kept locally so you can see your activity.

3. What we do not collect

The app does not:

  • Store the content of your messages on any server we control.
  • Require or maintain a user account.
  • Read or upload your contacts.
  • Track your location.
  • Build advertising or analytics profiles about you.

4. Third-party services

  • Razorpay (payments). Pro subscriptions and purchases are processed securely by Razorpay, our payment provider. Razorpay handles your payment details under its own privacy policy; we receive confirmation of your subscription status, not your full card or bank details.
  • AI smart replies (Pro). If you use the AI smart-reply feature, the relevant message content is sent to an external AI provider to generate a suggested reply, and is discarded immediately after processing. It is not used to build a profile of you.

5. Permissions

The app requests notification access so it can detect incoming messages and respond, and may request other permissions strictly needed for its features. Permissions are used only for the feature they enable, and you can revoke them at any time in your device settings.

6. Your control & data deletion

Because your data lives only on your device, you are always in control. You can clear everything by resetting data in the app, clearing app storage in Android settings, or uninstalling the app. No data persists once the app is uninstalled. See our data deletion page for step-by-step instructions.

7. Children's privacy

The app is intended for general audiences and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
